The Blessing House of Roane County will be a short-term care facility aiding children who are silent victims of a hostile, dangerous environment due to methamphetamine manufacturing and use or other forms of abuse and neglect. These children are subjected to addiction, persecution, injury and death.

After the children are removed from the home, certified volunteers will be able to provide a “safe” environment to eat, play, clean-up and rest for a few hours or days while waiting for relatives or foster families to take them to a new home.

We are dedicated to helping these children and assisting those who support them, including the Department of Children's Services workers, the medical community, law enforcement, and other agencies and groups dedicated to the protection of and assistance to abused and neglected children.

We also utilize a methamphetamine education team from Cumberland County. A group of dedicated men and women who teach neighborhoods, businesses, churches and civic groups about the unparalleled violence meth inspires and how it affects every aspect of community life. The team’s particular emphasis is on the devastating effect meth homes have on children; children who appear to be from some third world country in another hemisphere, but who, in reality, live next door, down the street, are in our classrooms and in our stores… Children we might see every day.

They need our help.
Join us…

We'll find the answers together and in the process, continue to free children from a life of wretchedness, agony and desperation to one of overflowing with hope!

We are applying for a 501 (c)(3) non-profit status. In the mean time, are umbrellaed under an existing 501 (c)(3) until ours is established.
